ACST was the Agent of Nippon Express Co., Japan. ACST scope was to be responsible for clearance, transportation, and jobsite delivery of al shipments of the contractor Mitsui/Toshiba (JV) to Mina Al-Zour Project.

ACST was the Agent of NSCSA line, which was in charge of carrying MOD Cargo. ACST was also the MOD Agent for its Cargo, shipment clearance, transportation, and jobsite delivery.
