ACOS handled the Subcontracting Work of AKTOR-COPRI J.V. (the Contractor), who has entered into a Contract with Ministry of Public Works, Kuwait for the execution of the work of the Contract “Construction Maintenance of Roads, Bridges, Drainage, Sewer and other Services for the completion of the First Ring Road, Jahra Gate Roundabout – Package 1”.
ACOS responsibilities as Subcontractor was to provide all labor, tools, equipments, constructional plant, temporary works and everything whether of a permanent or temporary nature required in and for the execution and completion of the Subcontract works.
ACOS’s main scope includes, but not limited to:
- Advise and assist the Principal in all its dealing within the Territory relating to the Project whether with Government Authorities, or bodies, departments, or ministries, or otherwise howsoever;
- Ensure that the Principle Employees obtains entry visas, residence, work permits, insurance, accommodation, transportation, and any other permissions or licenses or bank guarantees against labors indemnities/salaries.
- Ensure that the Principle may import and re-export any of its equipment, products, materials, stocks, or other goods into the Territory.
- Facilitate Project’s transactions between the Principal and third party including subcontractors and local suppliers.
